All goods must arrive in appropriate export packaging. We are not liable for internal damage where there are no external signs of damage to the casing.
All operations are insured. However, exhibits weighing 3 tonnes or more require preliminary technical consultation before we can confirm handling.
Each forklift has 2-metre forks with special attachment hooks — allowing lifting of cargo that cannot be lifted with standard forks or ropes alone.
Average capacity is 3 tonnes per lift with max lift height of 2 metres. Forklift operation is exclusively performed by AB STOP India trained staff.
Invoice issued within one working day of receiving your order form. Payment must be confirmed before on-site operations commence.
All temporary import permits and ATA Carnets must reach our India office a minimum of 5 working days before the exhibition opening date.
Re-export documentation must be filed within the ATA Carnet validity period. Penalties caused by exhibitor delays are not our responsibility.
